Submission and Publication
Submissions to the conference must not have been published or be concurrently considered for publication elsewhere. All submissions will be judged on the basis of originality, contribution to the field, technical and presentation quality, and relevance to the conference. The proceedings will be published in the Springer  Lecture Notes in Computer Science series.
Papers should be written in English and not exceed 16 pages in LNCS format (http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html for details). Submission should be made through the ICFEM 2017 submission page (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icfem2017), handled by the EasyChair conference management system.
Authors of selected papers from ICFEM 2017 will be invited to submit an extended version to a special section of IEEE Transactions on Reliability (T-Rel). However, such an invitation does not imply acceptance of the paper. All the submissions will be evaluated following the guidelines set by T-Rel. Only those which satisfy all the criteria will be accepted for publication.
Workshop or tutorial proposals should be directly sent to the Workshop/Tutorial Chair via email (lzhao@xidian.edu.cn). Each proposal should include (1) title, scope, and aims, (2) brief bio of the organizer or lecturer, and (3) postal and email addresses.
